“I've been a patient here for about a year and a half, and things have really improved! It was a few months wait for my first visit, but I wasn't in a rush and just wanted to establish care, so I didn't mind. From a patient perspective, at first, it could take a while to get an appointment once I was established, and there was a period where the phones were breaking up really bad so calling the office was tough. BUT from the perspective of being a manager at Rochester's largest Primary Care Practice with URMC, I know how difficult it can be to hire a Clinician. This is a newer practice, and it takes A LONG TIME to find a clinician that aligns with your mission AND is available AND accepts your offer. If they do accept, it's usually months before they are able to start because they are leaving a patient base at another practice and they need to wrap things up there. Since hiring on more clinicians, I haven't had a single complaint! Getting an appointment is so easy now! From my very first visit, the ladies at the front desk have been so kind, helpful, and pleasant! Dr. Wang takes the time to listen and is very thorough and proactive! I never leave feeling like more could have been done as I have in the past with previous PCPs. I'm also a patient with GYN and Behavioral Health, and have had nothing but an easy experience with both groups! I know some of the older reviews aren't great, but I really am impressed with the quality of care I receive here, and do think they've worked out the kinks.”
— Rebecca Bainbridge“I switched (along with my 2 daughters and mother) to this facility when they opened, because my doctor closed her practice. We saw Dr. Wang a couple times and after that have always seen Priya. She is wonderful- listens, is understanding, always engaged and very responsive to messages. It is hard to get an appointment right away, but sadly I find that with all doctors in the area these days. My daughter just saw the new PA and was pleased so hopefully that helps with appointments.”
— Michelle G“I first transferred to this from URMC as I didn’t want to see different residents for my medical. Since many of the internal office providers have long waiting lists, I waited for this office to opened back March 2023. I really like the primary and the PA. My daughter also transferred to this practice and has seen the PA. The front desk is very pleasant and transferred me to the triage nurse about 1.5 weeks ago when I needed a sick appointment. I haven’t had an issue in getting appointment like others. I am happy that there is an additional PA that just joined the group too. I am very happy that I switched as I don’t feel like I am a number like other offices.”
— Johanna Attinasi“My daughter has a appt in Oct yearly physical. She plans and takes the day off weeks in advance. Day prior the doctor calls her and indicates they need to reschedule. They reschedule for Dec 30 th She gets a phone call Dec 19 from one of the doctors rescheduled for end of January. Meanwhile , like most patients, she had and waited for physical to bring up some concerns . She called Dec 22 in the am to see if anything could be done . They promised a phone call. Nope no one returned a phone call with a solution. She is scrambling now looking for another provider after waiting to be seen and losing time from work. She will just go to an urgent care in the meantime.. Women’s wellness or Women’s false sense of Hope thinking you have a provider.”
